So yep… I’m still working off the Baby Weight! I wish I was the type of person where it just melted off of me. But, I’m not. So I have to work extra hard.
You might have heard of the Nike Running App. But have you heard of the Nike Training Club App? It is my favorite workout app! I use it all the time!
- Basically, just download the app.
- Then you can choose whether you want to Get Lean, Get Toned, Get Strong or Get Focused.
- Pick a 30 minute or 45 minute workout and start it.
- The lady on the app will tell you what to do and for how long. There is a countdown clock and she lets you know how much longer you have throughout the app. That is one of my favorite things about it. If I know I only have 15 seconds left, I know I can keep going!
- If you don’t know what the move is she wants you to do, you can just click the video demonstration to quickly see how to do the move. Then, you can go back to your workout.
Right now, the Nike Training Club App is free! So I would download it asap! I think you will love it too.
