Don’t worry, these are actually good changes…
Starting now, you can actually download the Smith’s App on your phone and you can scan your rewards card from the app- instead of always keeping track of your card to scan. And if you didn’t know, you can also add eCoupons on your phone from the App as well! So if you see something in-store that you want to purchase and don’t have a paper coupon for it, just quickly add the eCoupon from the store’s App!
You will also see a machine in each store that will actually allow you to pay all of your bills- like Mortgages, Power Bills, Cell Phone Bills and more. So that might help save you some time.
They have also started a “No Hassle Return Policy”. If you have a problem with an item, just bring it back and they will take care of you. I think that is a great addition!
All of these changes and updates will eventually hit each Kroger owned store. So, be watching for them!
