There is also the code SHIP30 for free shipping on any order over $30. This means $30 AFTER the 40% discount, but this is how I have done all of my daughters photobooks. I usually make them 80+ pages (you can have 111 on the 8.5×11 books) so that with a % off discount (I wait for a 40%-50% discount) and the free shipping, it ends up being around 60 cents per page. Or you could order 2-3 smaller books to get to the $30. I just really hate paying shipping 😉
