This year, Sam’s Club has announced they will hold a number of FREE Oral and Health Care Screenings. On Saturday, April 13th, you can head to your local Sam’s Club to get a FREE Oral Screening.
The free health screening event features tests valued at up to $100), including:
- Non-invasive oral health questionnaires
- Dental tablets
- Glucose
- Total cholesterol
- Blood pressure
- Body mass index (BMI)
- Vision
