H&R Block: Prepare, Print and e-File for FREE!

I know tax day isn’t until April 15th… but I always want to make sure our family gets back as much money as possible. So I start getting everything ready for taxes the very first week of January.  And, I can usually get everything done by the first week of February- which means we get back our money super fast.  And instead of hurrying last minute to get our taxes done before April 15th, we receive our money back months earlier!  It’s awesome!

If you are thinking about trying out H&R Block and doing your own taxes, you can actually register for a Free Edition!  You can put in all of your tax information and work through it a bunch of different ways and add in deductions. You can even work on it over the next month or so.  You can prepare, print and e-file your Federal tax return for free!  And if you do choose to file, you will pay for your state return.  But in my experience, it isn’t very much at all.

So why not try them out for free??  You don’t have to file if you don’t like it.  But you might love them!!  (If you are a Turbo Tax fan, you can head over here to get a Free e-File Version as well!)

  1. Just a head’s up… if your agi ends up being over $57,000 then it costs you $19.99 to efile and/or print, but you can still do the work and find out for free!
