I got an email this morning from Office Depot letting me know they were merging with Office Max and becoming one company. This is still in the early stages. But, I definitely wanted to let you all know as soon as possible.
We have no idea what that means for the MaxPerks program, if they will be transferable or if it won’t affect them. We also don’t know what will happen to gift cards you might have for either store.
So you might want to consider using your MaxPerks rewards soon and any gift cards you have. I am hoping that neither get affected by the aquisition.. but you just never know. So, quick heads up!
