On January 26, 2013 I purchased (2) gallons of Valspar interior paint. Unfortunately, I did not print out the form for the $5.00 rebate until I thought of it today…2/19/13. Is there a way I can receive this form to receive the rebate? We use Valspar paint all of the time.
