Candy at our Target was 70% off yesterday, but no chocolate left. 🙁 Their other Vday stuff was 90% off, and we scored some valentines that came with pencils (Minnie Mouse) for 30cents. 16 pencils that we can use for other purposes for that price is great!!! Also got some stencil rulers for 15 cents.
