I just wanted to update, you can use the coupon stacked with the 100% back staples reward. I was able to use it today

  But you won’t get 100% back. the rewards will be equal to the OOP spent. Any coupons if you use the coupon value will be deducted before paying the rewards. Thats what i heard from a CCR on phone.
