Well, now he just leaves the fish tank light on all night and the poor fish get NO sleep! So, I think this may be a better way to go. This has saved bedtime for us! My daughter used to come out of her room every 5 minutes until we got her a dream light! Our rule is that she (the dream light) sleeps/lives in her bed only, so if my daughter wants to come out she has to leave her dreamlight behind. She has stayed in bed with no problems about 55 out of 60 days! And my Costco still has these for $22.99 which is a steal, so the Walgreens deal is awesome!
