I just contacted customer service and they said it was a technical issue with the site now and they are working on it. The code is valid until November 17 they said, so keep trying is the advice I received.

I got the new promo code and it does work. The code is SUCCPN15FOLDEDS8R6C7 . It is good for 10 folded cards, they can be either all of the same or 10 different ones. The code is for $35. I got the matching envelopes which are $.29 each so my total shipped with tax was $.83. Awesome! Hope this helps you all :))
