In my experience Sears has ZERO customer service. I have made 2 online purchases from them recently and after sending them 3 separate emails about a problem I had with the transaction, nobody EVER responded. It’s like there are no real people running the ship or something.

I have the same experience of terrible customer at Sears. They never answer emails or written letters through snail mail. It made me not want to shop there ever.

I must admit that I’ve had horrible experience with the customer service at Sears too. I ordered the trampoline there this summer and it was sitting at the store for me to pick up for over a month before I was informed or was able to get anyone to tell me where it was. Only good thing was that I complained to the store manager when I finally did pick it up and she gave me $50 cash back right there because of all the issues I had! I was definitely happy about that…but the Sears on-line service is horrible.

So funny that everyone has had been experiences with Sears, when husband and I were talking last night about how we think Sears CS is completely awesome and have had several good experiences with them. Most recently, earlier in the week when the black friday door busters went live for SYW Rewards members, we ordered the $97 32″ TV. We were fairly excited to get it for much less than we were anticipating spending for one on Black Friday. Well, the next day we got an email saying that due to excessive demand they couldn’t fulfill our order after all. We were slightly bummed, but didn’t think too much about it, considering that it was much less than we were originally planning on spending anyway. Well later in the day, we got another email from them saying how sorry they were and that they had credited us with $100 on our SYW Rewards card! Super nice and unexpected surprise! So now we have an extra $100 to spend at Sears or Kmart by the end of the year, and will likely end up getting an even bigger/nicer TV on Black Friday by using our $100 credit, simply because Sears wanted to show how much they value their customers. THAT is good customer service in my opinion. and to reiterate, this is NOT the first time we have had great above and beyond experiences with Sears either!

I tried a utah zip and an idaho zip. No luck but it will let me add it to the cart which I think is weird.
