How the program works is if you purchase an item via PayPal and then find a lower price within 30 days, you can send a copy of your receipt to PayPal, along with the advertised lower price & you will receive a refund of up to $250 per item! (Your refund amount will be the difference in cost & there is a limit of $1,000 in refunds)
