It says it is the add-on program…no subscribe and save. Their site says, it is offered as an ” add-on because it would be cost prohibitive to ship on its own.”

Yep, I got the same thing: NO subscribe-and-save option! =( Still a good deal if you are planning to order something over $25 from Amazon soon… but I’m not.
