FYI, I ordered from the site earlier. You CAN’T get the free shipping AND use the code VIP25 so depending on your order total it might be cheaper to get the free shipping on orders over 25 bucks. (shipping starts at 7 bucks)

The fine print says there are some exclusions to the 25% off, for example you can’t use it on sale items. So your scenarios don’t work.

For reference, I DID get free shipping AND 25% off. I ordered the Disney Princess TANGLED Deluxe Bag (paid $12.07 after 25% off) and the Apples to Apples game (regular price $19.99, paid $14.99 after 25% off). Shipping was free. So, it IS possible.
