Thanks for the list. Double coupon days takes a lot of energy and patience, especially at Wal-mart, but they can be worth it, especially with multiple copies of the coupons.

I have gone to several different Walmarts in Utah County and find that it really varies from store to store. Not sure where you live, but a few weeks ago I went to the Walmart in Cedar Hills at about 11am on Tuesday. Everything I wanted was still there and no lines at all. It was amazing!

Becky touched on a question I had. My Wal-Mart doesn’t double coupons but, for those stores that do, have you noticed that the prices are higher? I compare costs between the generic & name brand. Many a times, I’ve bought the generic despite having a coupon. Just yesterday, I bought Campbell’s cream soup instead of the generic for they were both the same price for the same size can.

My area doesnt double, but the dial handsoap had some seasonal scents that were included. I like to stock up on handsoap and put it in baskets with fingertip towels for a housewarming gift. Or just as a hostess gift.
The sponges that are on sale would be good in a basket with dishsoap and kitchen towels.

Everyone make sure you check your receipts. Last week I tried doubling my coupons that were less than $1. The cashier was pushing all kinds of buttons and using a calculator and everything but when I got home and figured the total again, it turns out she didn’t really double. Plus, any doubling that does happen, doesn’t show up on my receipts. Does the doubling show up on anyone else’s?

I see a lot of people saying the their Walmart does not double. I was wondering what are the Walmarts that double? I know the one in Orem, UT does but what about the one in Springville, UT?
The last time I went to Walmart, the cashier told me that starting October 1st that if the coupon does not go through, they do not have to accept it. Have anyone had any problems with that?

Thanks for the heads up! Milk was expensive at Wal-Mart a few weeks ago, but it looks like their prices went down again and that’ll go great with the milk coupons!! My family is going through 3 gallons a week now.

The Lindon Walmart is super great about the coupon doubling. If you’ve had issues with other ones go out of your way for the lindon one! They have special aisles just for coupons and price matching and the cashier is always well trained and things go smoothly!
