I mentioned before how you should be shooting for around $2.00 per Fun Size Halloween Candy Bag. (That is the 11 ounce bag size.) And, if you are a couponer, you can usually get them for even cheaper- I try to wait for $1.50 per Fun Size Bag after coupons.
This week, Target has advertised their 4 Lbs, 9.7 oz Bag of Mixed Candy (Milky Way, Twix, 3 Musketeers, Snickers) for $13.99. So that is when we do a little math to see if it really is a good deal or not. It ends up being 73.7 ounces of Candy. Just divide that by the $13.99 price to figure out your per ounce price. Or, you can do a little more math to figure out the per bag (11 oz) price.
To do the math for you, this deal ends up being about $.19 per ounce!! And, $.18 or lower is what you want to try to shoot for. So, this is a pretty great deal- ESPECIALLY for not using any coupons. So you can head into Target this week and grab a great deal and be done with searching for Halloween Candy deals. 🙂
Walmart also has an awesome deal advertised this week on Halloween Candy. Select Bagged Candy 32 oz- 58 oz is only $8.88! Try to find the larger ounce bags for that price. If you do, you can end up getting your candy for as low as $.15 per ounce!!

There is also a coupon that I think came out of the All You Magizine for $1.00 off on any one(1) MARS Brand Product (30 oz bags or larger) that would work with either of these sales it looks like at Target would mean$13.99-$1.00= $12.99/73.7=$0.17625 per ounce and Walmart would be $8.88-$1.00=$7.88/58=$0.13586 per ounce.
