However, the only way to order it is online or by phone. So, place your order to get this special price and then you can pick it up when it is convenient for you. (Please note: The $7.99 price will now show up until checkout)
Also, if you want to really stock up and decide to purchase more than one pack, you could purchase 4 packs and then use coupon code 16666 to get $5 off a $25 purchase. That would make each pack only $6.74 and each roll only $.56!

I tend to not buy paper towels unless I can get them for around $.50 or less per roll (I’ve occasionally even gotten paper towel rolls for free!) I don’t go through a lot of paper towels, though, so I can usually wait until I see an awesome deal. Sometimes a good deal on paper towels can be hard to find, though, so I’d say between $.50-$.60 per roll is still a good price.
P.S. For those who are going to take advantage of this deal, don’t forget to make your purchase through a cash back site like Ebates or Upromise! (I just made an on-line purchase the other day and forgot to use a cash back site — it’s so frustrating!)

Great deal. Costco has Bounty paper towels on sale (with coupon) too if you have a membership. They now offer two types at my Costco. Plain white or one with designs on it and you can tear smaller sheets.

I’ve found that for some items such as paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and dish detergent it is important to not go generic. I actually end up using more of the product and still don’t get as good of results.
