Saturday, September 29th, the Natural History Museum of Utah is offering free admission! Regular admission for adults is $9.00, children aged 3-12 cost $6.00, and youth 13-24 cost $7.00.

You can score your free tickets online while supplies last beginning September 25th. You will need to make a reservation for a specific time slot when you request your free tickets. If you are unable to make a reservation for a specified time frame, that means it is sold-out.

You will want to make sure to check the Natural History Museum’s website to get all the info regarding requesting tickets and parking for free admission days.

  10. This is an incredible museum! We went to the last free day in July and it was very busy but the museum is so big and there is so much to see that we didn’t really notice the crowd. We could have easily spent 4-5 hours there but ended up only time for 2.5 hours. There was a lot we had to skip through for lack of time. If you don’t get tickets on line, just call and tell them you were unable to get tickets online and they will put you on a waiting list and call you back when they have a better idea of what time they can fit you in. I showed up a half hour before my time on my tickets and they still let me in. A lot of people that get tickets don’t end up coming. This museum is totally worth seeing for all ages of kids. My kids loved it! (They are 9, 7, 5, 3, and 1 year old.)

  16. LOVE knowing about free/cheap museum deals! And I’m glad they are limiting the guests. It gets SO busy at Thanksgiving Point on $2 Tuesdays…I wish they would limit guests too!
