There isn’t any code. Their site says the shipping cost should just come off automatically at checkout. If that is not the case, try calling Customer Service. They should be able to take your order and make sure the free shipping is applied correctly.

Oh and just keep going through the checkout process, you’ll see that even though they have you select the standard shipping for $5.99 it still takes it off. 🙂
