Has anyone used snapfish before? I was having trouble getting the thumbnails to show. Editing was not easy. Just a busy night or is it always difficult to use?

I use snapfish all the time and love them. However, tonight this code would not work for me. I tried chatting with them live and they said that was not one of their codes. I wonder if maybe I am just too late in the night and they are on a different time zone? Bummer 🙁
