  1. Is anyone else having trouble getting this to work? I keep getting an error that says, “The promo code entered is not applicable to the card(s) in your mailbox.”

    • My Promo code went through, I kept my caps lock on, but I still had to enter credit card info., but it showed no charge on the final screen.

  6. I’m a new customer and I had no issues. You do have to save your credit card info, but since the order shows a zero balance, it’s no biggie. I guess this is only for us newbies.

  7. I filled out my cc info thinking that the charge would be zero. The code didn’t do a thing, I was charged $3.19 (i am a new customer). I had to do a live chat with their rep, and they took the charge off. So beware, you might be charged.
