Tanger Outlets is honoring all military personnel this Memorial Day with a $10 gift card and coupon book. Now through May 28, 2012, ANY military personnel can receive a $10 gift card by simply visiting Shopper Services and displaying their military I.D.
I would be safe and print the voucher with the details and take it with you as well. Only one gift card is allowed per I.D. and you must visit Shopper Services during regular business hours.

Just a note I have used these $10 Tanger gift cards before and most stores will not let you use them in conjunction with a coupon. Just a heads up!
