Payless has released a new coupon code that will take $10 off any purchase over $25! To get this discount you will need to use the code 68537 at checkout.
The best bet for some awesome deals would actually be in the accessories section where items are marked Buy 1, Get 1 50% off! Pair that promotional discount with the $10 off discount and you should be able to get some killer prices on accessories.
You could also look for a cute pair of shoes for summer and then use the accessories as filler items to get you up to the $25 mark if needed.
