I tried the ship to store option too and it wouldn’t work. So I looked at the shipping info section on their website, and it shows that it now costs the same $8 that they charge to send it directly to your house. I don’t really understand why they would get rid of that option for people. Why would anyone choose to pick up in store?

My pet peeve with JCP is that their sales deals seem to always be unavailable! Ive had this issue with the handbags, baby clothes and now the coats. Its very frustrating that I spend my time shopping their site, only to have nothing available after Ive added it to the cart. Has anyone else come across this?

For those who had to pay for the shipping for site to store, if you call them back they will take off the shipping price. This happened to me but when i called they said sometimes there is a error and will charge but they will take the shipping price off.

What a waste of time to go through a bunch of toddler girls, big girls, and toddler boys combos and all were unavailable, but only after you try to add to cart. It can’t just say it’s sold out without you having to pick size and color and adding to cart first.
