  1. Every time I click on save my info for the free shopping bag, it takes me back to the main screen. I’m not sure that the free bag is loaded to my card?

  4. Same problem for me. I checked the coupons on my card and it’s not showing up there either. When I click on “View my design” there is a link at the bottom that says I haven’t loaded it. I try again and have the same problem. ðŸ™

  6. I tried to post this before but for some reason it didn’t work. I had the same problem but, I read the small print at the bottom that states they will put a credit on your card within 24 hours of submitting your design. So, I would check on your card tomorrow to see if it is posted then.
