Is this a real Chi or the fake Chi brand? I bought a Chi on sale, thinking it was an awesome deal. But I have had problems with it and found out it isn’t the real Chi brand. They even use almost the same packaging and descriptions. They also price the same. I just searched the link but cannot see details of who makes it. I would love one if it was the real Mccoy!

I dont think Groupon would sell a fake one. But, if there was an issue, their Groupon Good page says they will accept returns. Groupon is pretty good about that. Just make sure there aren’t any weird restrictions on the fine print and you should be good!

This is not a real CHI. It is a real CHI, but not a Farouk chi. CHI is the brand on this.
