Just wondering if anyone knows what to do if you do not receive your register rewards when you have purchased the correct products?

Start by talking to the cashier or if needed, the manager about it. Depending on the person, they will either work with you to get you your rewards or just tell you tough luck. I have had both situations happen to me. If they won’t resolve it for you in the store send a letter to Walgreen’s through their website. I had to do that once and ended up getting a gift card in the mail from the manager of the store that wouldn’t help me.

It has happened a couple times to me as well. I tried nicely to tell the cashier about the mistake and most of the time they will work with you. However, I have also had times when I told them and they were no help. So one time I was going to lose a 5.00 RR so I just told them that if they wouldnt work with me, that I didnt want the product. So, they returned my products.. Sounds like a temper tantrum I know, but if the whole reason I was buying the product, was because it would be cheap and suddenly the cost goes up by 5.00… I dont feel bad in saying that I no longer need the item. Say, Walgreens can be a bit tricky to jump through all of their hoops, but a lot of times you can get great deals, by just playing the game. Good luck!

I bought two ALL detergents and only one of the RR printed. So I asked about it and they were so nice! Apologized and called the manager who promptly printed me off the other one I was supposed to get.
Also on one of the clearance aisles I found a bunch of Tampax Pearl tampons clearanced at half off (the Walgreen’s employee told me it was because they changed the look of their box). So I got tons of tampons at a great price, and there were still a bunch left.
