  1. I have a $20 off $20 coupon code for Shutterfly (not snapfish) that I’m not gonna use. Got it from a Safeway catalina. New customers only, doesn’t say anything about shipping. Expires Mar 29. Anyone want me to email you the code?

    • I would love it if you still have it. I’m trying to do a book for each of my twins and it gets pricy for 2 books even with the buy one get one codes. my email is samanthawittig@gmail.com

  2. I ordered a couple of orders because I was so excited about the price. I just barely recieved my order in the mail and the photo quality is VERY poor. I had a professional photographer take all of my pictures and the printed version were all blury. I’ve had enlargements printed from other websites and they were not blury so it definitly wasn’t the photo it was snapfish and the low quality printing they offer. The color is also very poor. My husbands hair in 3 of the pictures is bright purple and the rest of my photos are pale yellow and greys. I ordered all matte photos and 3 out of my 4 orders came glossy. I’m very dissappointed. I would not recommend using this website unless you don’t care too much about the quality. Its a good price, but I guess you get what you pay for.

    • I have used snapfish for probably 5 or 6 years and only once have had a problem… I ordered matte finish and recieved glossy. I called them and they sent me a new order of the same photos with a matte finish immediately with no questions asked. I didn’t have to prove they sent me the wrong finish or mail back the first order. They had excellent service. That being said, they aren’t going to have the same quality of a developer that a Pro Photographer uses, but compare them to Walmart, Costco, KodakGallery or yorkprints, etc… and they are of the same quality (or better) with great service. Just let them know about the blue hair and bad coloring and I would bet they’d remedy the situation right away.

  5. I’ve never had problems with Snapfish, and have been using them for over 5 years now. Contact them and let them know about the problem, and they’ll fix it. Anyway, I love the deals like this with them! I order my pictures when they have things like this, and it helps so much. (I’m a big scrapbooker… it’s an addiction… really.) 🙂

  6. It’s not giving me free shipping. I have 100 4×6 prints in my cart, put in RAINBOW, and it took it down to $5.21 total. I’m not sure what’s going on. I’m not a new customer and don’t see any free prints anywhere to add to the order.

    • It made it look like it was going to charge me $8something for shipping, but once I put in my CC info and submitted it, it took me to a final review of my order and it had it correct. I did the “SHAMROCK” code for 150 prints for $10, shipped and I paid $10.16 (state tax).

  7. My pictures also turned out poor- very blurry and pale colors. A few are ok, so it looks like it got down to low ink or something. At first I thought it was my camera, because it doesn’t take great photos and I had some bad prints from Rite Aid, but then I remembered I had printed over a thousand at Costco and they all looked great. Haven’t had time to find out how to contact them to see if they can reprint. My neighbor said she quit using Snapfish because the quality was always bad and the same pictures looked great printed at Walmart. I wonder why some people get good prints, while others get terrible prints.

  8. I ordered 800 photos from Spapfish and they were not very good quality. I would suggest using Costco for photos you really care about. I probably won’t order from them again. It would be a big hassle to go through all of my photos and call them about the ones that were blurry or off-colored.

  9. @Bree I hope you had a licensing agreement with your photographer to print his/her pictures. Without it, that’s completely illegal and it would serve you right to get crappy prints, since it would be taking money out of their pocket and using their intellectual property without consent…regardless of if the pictures are of you or not.
