There are 3 skinny jeans that are plus sizes in the Under $20 section. They’re $19.90 each. Hope that helps!

There are 2 non plus sizes if you click on the Under $20 tab. It says 25W but that is the measurement of your waste, not the normal jean size. (Like 25 Width, not Women’s size 25)
