I was going to post the same as Kristy. This is the same rebate that you posted awhile ago. It is the same address to send to and the rebate form says: “Limit of 1(qty) rebate submission (Up to $5.99 total rebate value, rebate check amount will be for the actual purchase price excluding sales tax) per name, address or household.” If you already did it, don’t do it again, your rebate won’t be valid.
