The promo for everyone to use is ONGIFT30. Just talked to Old navy customer service and it can be used as many times as needed til Dec 4th.

When I went to oldnavy.com, my % off was only 25%. I tried to use ONGIFT30 and it said my order didn’t qualify. It would only let me use ONGIFT25.

It wouldn’t let me use ongift30 either. It said my order did not qualify, but I did not have anything in my cart listed in the exclusions. I will wait and see if they offer a better deal than the 20%.

When I got to the website, it says at the top that I got 25% off, so I’m not sure the 30% is for everyone, since it looks like other people aren’t able to use that code either.

It gave me the same response on first try but I went through all details and had nothing that was considered an exclusion. So I entered it again all lower case this time & it worked! I don’t know why but I would just keep trying maybe…?
