  1. Is Smith’s with Savingstar? I don’t have one local, but there is a $2/1 Little Movers slip-on diapers also on that.

    • yes it is with savingstar! I’m glad you mentioned that!

  2. I went to the Smith’s on 9800 S. in Sandy and it worked for me too!
3 Packs fof Huggies Snug & Dry Size Two Diapers with $4.00 off of coupons = $27.57 and two catalinas rolled out at $5 each, so I applied them to my next purchase. It made it around $5.85 a pack. Thank you!!!! ps. I think I will go back and try it again…

  3. My smiths had a blickie dispenser in front of the diapers for the slipons. So even if you forgot/didn’t clip coupons you could get this deal!

  4. I so want to go get this deal, except I am not a huge fan of the slip on diapers. I have tried them on my daughter (who loves to take her diaper off) and she can still take these off, plus its hard when they are wearing pants because you have to undo both sides and try to do them up again. And I feel they run small and they don’t have as many in the packs. So just a warning to those out there. If you like them then great! But for me, they are not my favs. Maybe I will get them as gifts or something because that truly is a really good price!

    • Hey K- This is just a sample idea of what to purchase. You will get the Catalinas as long as you purrchase $20 worth of Huggies! So, find the Huggies wipes or diapers you do like and go grab the deal. 🙂

  5. Could you tell me the price per diaper on this deal? I can’t tell the count on the diapers of i’d do it myself

    • For size 4 it worked out to be .12 a diaper. There are 23 diapers in a size 4 pack.

  6. Nice! Somehow I am scared to try this, I watched Melea’s “catalina’s” video three times and was like… what the… does that really work? I never really understood how all the numbers worked out… but I will just jump in and try it. I will see if my husband can come with me for moral support.

  7. Just grabbed my coupons and ran to the smiths in Syracuse. They don’t sell the small bag of slip on diapers, and I didn’t bring coupons for any other variety! Bummer 🙁

    • I went there too, and they said they would get more in before tuesday, so just call and make sure before you go.

  9. I did this the other day!! I am expecting in a month so I bought 3 packs of newborn snugglers (36 count each) and 3 packs of snug and dry size 1 (50 count each) used (5) $1/1 any huggies from the 10/23 ss and one $1.50/1 huggies I received in the mail. I don’t remember my exact totals but one transaction was about $27 then I rolled the catalina for the 2nd transaction total was about $16. made my diapers 0.16/diaper which is the best I have been able to find anywhere lately, even amazon has been around 0.19/diaper lately on these sizes in Huggies, which I like for my newborns!! the second transaction still printed out 2 $5 off catalina’s to use in the future!!

    • This is a good deal! I just wanted to let you know that I recently switched to Fisher Price diapers, and I am loving them! They are 14 cents per diaper on amazon right now, and they are amazing! My little one wears size 3’s now. Also, the package has 96 diapers and it’s about 13.60, so it’s not a huge investment to try something new.

      Reply
      • I have been using the fischer price diapers for my 1 1/2 year old and I am liking them so far! The smallest size they come in is a size 3 though. I’m expecting my 3rd and for my newborns I love the huggies snuglers newborn, then when they get into size 1 I switch to either huggies snug and dry or pampers baby dry! luckily I still have a subscription on amazon and can get some baby dry’s size 1 for .12/diaper and my size 3’s for my 1 1/2 year old for .15/diaper!

  10. Is the $8.00 catalina printing for the other huggies diapers as well or does it have to be the slip ons?

    Reply
    • It works for any huggies products. It’s actually 2 catalinas. One is $5 when you spend $20 (before coupons) and one is $3 when you buy 2 Huggies, $5 when you buy 3, $6 when you buy 4 or more. So I actually bought 3 packs of overnites since I am out and used $1/1 coupons and got $10, then I did a second transaction with an overnite, snug and dry, and snugglers and got $10 more. I believe the second catalina only goes until 11/7 or something like that. So get them now! 🙂

  11. Sweet! Just got back from King Soopers here in Colorado (our Kroger Chain) and this deal worked perfectly!!! In fact it was even better because King Soopers doubles coupons, so my huggies wipes coupon doubled to $1.00. I ended up paying only $5.77 + tax each time! LOVE this deal! 🙂

  15. Thank u so much! It worked in Vegas! They also had a coupon machine with $2.00 off slip on coupons right next to them (just in case you didn’t have one! ) my smith’s also had a huge diaper clearance!!! Keep your eyes open!!

  16. Just a comment about the Huggies slip-on diapers, I knw that the coupons are hot for this product, but they are not a really good diaper. They do not fit well, and they LEAK!! I am actually disapointed at Huggies for this line. I have been an advid Huggies user for all my 3 kids and these are the WORST! OH and if you want to use Pull-ups to potty train your child after using these, the child WILL get confused! Happened to me and I had to take other measures for potty training by NOT using Pull-Ups at all. Anyway thats another subject, but just wanted to share my experience with the “slip-on” line.
PS thanks Malea for the deal I’m going to stock up with some regular Huggies diapers (I’m almost due with my 4th girl)

  17. Totally different question here! I am just getting started with the coupon thing 🙂 Can you combine manufacture coupons with the Smith’s digital coupons?? Just curious!!

    Reply
    • I wish! You can not since the digital coupons are normally manufacturers coupons.

    • Im Philadelphia you can

  18. My Smith’s store told me that they changed their coupon policy and that they would no longer let you use two of the same coupon in one transaction. Is that just for my location, or is that a company-wide policy? Surely the coupon policy would have to be the same at all locations, right? Is anyone else having that problem?

    Reply
    • I think all of the Smith’s make up their own coupon rules. Mine says that you can only have 4 of the same coupon per transaction and can only use 4 printable coupons per day. Crazy. I usually just price match at Walmart.

  19. I just got back from smiths. Got two packs of pull ups and used the $2 printable (the shelf was cleared of slip on diapers) and a pack of wipes that were 1.55. That ended up being 14 – 16 cents per pull up, which is pretty good right? I have never bought pull ups before. I aim for 12 cents for a size 3 diaper so this didn’t seem too bad, especially considering I just use them at night and since my guy wakes up dry a lot, I can use them again. I am glad they were out of slip ons after reading the reviews. I got some of those natural dipers last year for free or next to nothing last year at rite aid and i hated those things. I couldnt wait until they were gone. Anyway, At first when I saw this deal, I wasn’t rushing out to get them, because it seems amazon has had better diaper deals at my stock up price but since pull ups are hard to find, I got them. Plus now I can submit my cars 2 rebate now so I don’t forget about it. Nice! With the rc Willey deal I made money buying a new release DVD! ThAnks for the awesome deals!!!

  20. I was wondering what to do for that Cars@ rebate – no diaper wearers right now. But – someone mentioned getting diapers as a gift – EXCELLENT idea. Now, to talk myself into going clear to Smiths. lol

    • I got a rebate form for Cars/Kimberly Clark products in my Smart Source insert in the last week or two … there’s a post on this site from the 1st that has the info on it. Spend $20 in Kimberly Clark products and buy the Cars2 DVD for a $10 rebate.

My Smith’s was a bust. Only one pack of the slip-ons, so I got that plus a different kind (couldn’t use the $3 off coupon), then I only got one $5 Catalina … the $3 didn’t come. I asked about it, and the cashier said she’d only seen the $5 one. I’m kind if bummed. Plus the shelves were cleared of other things I wanted to get, like sugar and cream of chicken soup … grrrr.

      • That stinks! To get the $3 one too I think you needed a third item like the wipes.

        Reply
      • To get the $3.00 one your total had to be over $20.00 before tax. Buying just the 2 packs of diapers puts you just over $19.00

  21. about the rebate for cars 2 make sure you get the right products slip-ons are not included and neither are certain wipes. I got the sensitive wipes and online the rebate form (page 2) doesn’t list them. ): I need to go see if I can fix this.

    Reply
    • I think the slips on are ok since this link (check the second page) says little movers are included and the slip ons are little mover diapers. https://www.kcc.cr.kimberly-clark.com/downloads/rebate.pdf

      Reply
    • The slip-ons are also little movers diapers and those are included on the list. I’ve called to verify but could only leave a message. However, IMHO slip-ons are “huggies little movers diapers”. I’ll report back when/if they call me back.

  23. Make sure you call ahead! I just got back from Smith’s
    I spent $27.88 oop – 8 catalina = 19.44 for 4 packs of pulls-up + 2 wipes.
Once I get my cars 2 rebate back I will have spent about $19 for the cars dvd and all the diapers and wipes!!

  24. This is an awesome deal IF you have tried the slip-ons and actually like them. A month ago, I bought one package to try on my 2-yr-old. They are a pain to put on & take off (since you have to completely take off the pants) and they leaked everytime. I know some people swear by them, so I guess it just depends. But I wouldn’t recommend buying all those packages if you haven’t tried them first…

    • just so you know, you can take them off like a normal diaper there are little green tabs that you can pull and they come off easily.

  25. So I just got back from smith’s in provo and bought two packages of slip ons and a package of wipes and the catalinas didn’t print. I asked the smiths workers about it but none of the guys working (it was late so customer service was closed) knew what I was talking abt. Has this deal expired?? I ended up just returning everything but is it worth trying this again on monday?

    Reply
  26. They were out of the slip ons at our smiths as well but the $3 coupon worked on any little movers brand for me so I just bought little movers instead of the slip on style. When I bought 3 in one transaction it printed off two 5$ coupons from the catalina. I was able to use this for my cars2 rebate!! I did two transactions and it wound up being cheaper than amazon!!! Yeah!

  27. did any one else recieve $5.00 of enfamil catalina with their huggies purchases?

  28. I must be doing something wrong because I calculate the example scenario that was given for transaction #1 and #2 above and for size 5 jumbo pack, it still comes out to be about .25-.26 cents per diaper. I was at Smith’s tonight and they have a lot of Pampers diapers on sale right now from $7.49-$14.99 using my coupons, the diapers ended up being .10 cents each! Now that, is a diaper deal!

    Reply
    • The part that makes it a deal is to have the $3 off coupons to use and then you get Catalinas back. They are just like cash for your next transaction. When I went, I learned that when you buy two packs of Huggies and over the $20 mark you just get $5 but if you buy 3 packs of Huggies Diapers and over the $20 mark you actually get two $5 catalina’s. On one of the catalina’s it said, buy 3 get $5 buy 4 get $6 and buy 5 get $7 back in catalina rewards- just in case anyone is wondering. So I bought 7 packs of huggies(two HUGE packs of slip-ons and 5 regular packs of little movers) plus a big 32 oz jar of salsa and two quarts of ice cream for $65.00. The diapers alone would have been $90-100 regular priced.

  29. I went to the Orem Smith’s tonight and scored some diapers and wipes. The slip-ons were all sold out but the $2 coupon still worked for little movers.
My question is about the Cars 2 rebate. Do we need to spend $20 before or after the coupons?

    • Before coupons:) It works perfectly with the rebate!

  30. How long does this Catalina last? And how do you find out about what catalinas are going on, when they start, end how much…etc

  31. I was going to go and do this deal today but saw that the catalina might only be going to the 7th. How do I find out? Thanks!!

    Reply
    • My catalina lasted longer and I purchased mine on the 7th. I think it depends on when you made your purchase, it’s like a week from that time. But I don’t know for sure, just what I’ve noticed.

  32. Does anyone know if it is still working? Today started the new ad so I’m worried I missed the Catalinas.
