Lightning Deals start on the hour or every two hours� depending on the category.� Think of them as mini daily deals.� They have an allotted number to sell and the first people to add them to their cart and then checkout within 15 minutes will get them.� If someone adds it to their cart and then doesn�t check out within 15 minutes, anyone who requested to be on the waitlist will get a message from Amazon letting them know they can claim it instead.

On top of these great deals, you can get FREE Shipping with Amazon Prime.� If you didn�t sign up for Amazon Mom before the spaces filled up, you have two options.� You can either sign up for Free Amazon Student OR, you can do a 1 Month Free Trial of Amazon Prime.� You will just want to cancel that one before your month is up, or it will charge you $79.
