Update: WOW! This deal just got even better! Amazon has announced that all members of Amazon Prime will receive a $5.00 Amazon Credit after they purchase ANY Duracell batteries sold by Amazon! That means if you are signed up for Amazon Prime and you purchase this deal, you will get a $5.00 code in your email that you can apply to any future Amazon purchase! In the end it’s like only paying $2.72 for a 20 pack of AAA Duracell Batteries shipped, which is amazing! You can get Amazon Prime by signing up for the Free Amazon Moms Program or by signing up for the Amazon Student Program.

If you are running low on batteries, here is a great deal.  Right now, Amazon has a 20 Count  of AAA Duracell Batteries for $8.47.  Before you add it to your cart, clip the $.75 off eCoupon on that page and then add the batteries to your cart using the Subscribe and Save option.  Total cost only $7.72 shipped! (Shipping is automatically free with the Subscribe and Save option.)

After placing your order, wait until your order ships. Then, you can go into your Amazon Account page and click the “Manage Subscribe and Save link” and cancel it. That way you won’t have continual shipments of your order in the future.

***Amazon’s prices can change at any time. So the Subscribe and Save price can go up.  Or, the deal may end altogether.  Best to move on these types of deals quickly. Stay up to date on deals like this through the comments on this post and on the Freebies2Deals Facebook Page.

  3. can you get the credit twice? like if I ordered AA and AAA?

  4. No, you can only get it once. And careful, the fine print says that it’s not good with any other offer, including “promotional certificates.” That might mean gift cards.

  5. Did you instantly get the credit? I ordered a few minutes ago, but haven’t seen any mention of the credit.

I am also curious about whether or not you can do more than one order and get the credit.

    • it says, “Amazon Prime Members, add batteries to your cart and get $5 off your next order.” Then it says, “Amazon Prime members will receive a $5 discount, good towards their next qualifying order when they add any Duracell batteries (sold by Amazon.com) to their current order. Customers who complete their qualifying purchase will receive their $5 discount via an email with a promotion code. When the promotion code is applied at check-out on their next order, the $5 discount is applied. You must be a current Prime member, or a Prime member in trial membership, to qualify.”

  6. How long did it take to get the ecoupon via email?

  7. I think it says you’ll get the code in 7 days. The ecoupon for 75 cents off is clipped onto your account right away and should be applied. However, I’m wondering if Subscribe and Save orders will work with this promotion. They say that the $5 code is sent when you add Duracell batteries to your current order, which makes me think you have to buy something else with it. When you do Subscribe and Save, you are just ordering that one thing.

  8. I purchased this deal with Subscribe and Save and my purchase doesn’t qualify for the $5 Amazon Credit. I just asked Amazon’s CS because I had purchased this deal earlier today before the update about the $5 credit, and they said it doesn’t qualify because my purchase was through Subscribe and Save. Bummer! Still a good deal for me for batteries though. Thanks Malea!

  10. I didn’t get the $5 credit either. Another website said they asked CS and they said it would work with the Subscribe & Save option, so I did that but haven’t gotten the e-mail with the $5 credit. I guess it won’t work with S&S option. Oh well, I used my swag bucks so no loss, just disappointed it didn’t work.

  11. I ordered the batteries, clipped the coupon, did subscribe and save and didn’t receive any email about a $5 credit. Then I got on Amazon chat and asked about it (I even put the link for the promotion in my chat) and today, I received an apology email from Amazon and because I didn’t receive my $5 code in the allotted time they sent me $10 with no expiration … yippeee!!!!!!
