  4. Is this a secure site? My computer popped up with a box saying it was an Untrusted Site. Then I didn’t dare proceed. Any thoughts?

    • As long as it says httpssssssss in front of the address, that means it is secure. (s in httpssssssss stands for secure) 🙂

    • I just had that issue with Firefox. When I used the IE tab, it was fine.

  8. I bought these and accidentally typed in the wrong last number of my account. I only received confirmation that the checks had been sent. I sent an email that the account number was incorrect and never received a reply. I finally called them and they told me that since I had ordered it online I had to pay the price I originally paid to have them reprint. I was told that they had sent me a reply and the original confirmation, but because I had opted out of correspondence I didn’t receive it. However, I still get junk mail offers from them. There is nothing on the main page about no free corrections for online orders or that if you opt out you won’t get your confirmation or reply emails. The customer service seemed very poor to me and was very frustrating. I did pay to have the checks reprinted, but I will never deal with this company again, no matter how good of a deal they offer me. It seems to me that I should have been able to receive the confirmation email so that I could have verified if the information was correct, even if I had opted out. A good company would have stood by their product and at least given a discount since I never received their emails due to their policies.
