My Target only has the big packs for $19.99 ðŸ™

I”ve only ever been able to find the mega packs for $19.99 at both Targets I’ve checked at. (The Target on 7200 S. and Redwood rd. and the Target down in Sandy near the SouthTowne mall.) Neither of these stores sold the smaller packs. Can you please list what Targets you are finding the $9.49 packs at? Greatly appreciated!!!
