The code doesn’t work on the movies since i used it for makeup yesterday, but just now i used my daughters target account with my payment and address info and it worked, movie was 2.79.

At first, mine said items weren’t available. If you don’t have a Target account, you HAVE to create one (so they can tell if you have use the code before). You cannot check out as a guest. Just sign in to your account, and it will work. Worked for me, anyway.
