First of all, Happy Halloween Everyone!! I hope you all have a ton of fun with your families Trick-or-Treating!
Secondly, the Christmas craziness is now on! Starting today, you will see some really hot deals for Christmas. So in order to save the most money, please make sure you are prepared. If you aren’t, you will end up spending too much. And, I know everyone wants to save as most money as possible while still getting the items on their Christmas Lists. So this is what I recommend:
1- Make sure you have a list of Gifts for Everyone and their retail price points next to it. (To Get more Details on this, read my previous post)
2- The best Christmas deals that pop up usually sell out fast. I mean, really fast. So, one of the best ways to stay on top of them is to be watching for them. Of course, you can’t be online all day! So, that is one of the main reasons why I built the Free Freebies2Deals App for iPad, iPhone and Android. That way, if you are off your computer and check the app, it will let you know of the latest deals that have been posted. You can then run to the store with the directions on your phone, or hop online and grab the deal with the instructions I’ve listed. You can also sign up to get Freebies2Deals Email Updates. It is nice to have everything in one email. However, if you only do this, a lot of the deals will be sold out before the email goes out at 1:00pm MST each day. So, you will probably want to be checking the website during the day as well!
3- Remember that Walmart is Price Matching Holiday Items this year. So, if you can keep your receipts and weekly ads from other stores in a filing cabinet or box of some sort, you can make sure you are always getting the best price. Full details of how that works can be found here.
4- If it isn’t a deal, PASS!!! You can always, always find a great deal on everything on your list. That goes back to #1. If you know that your son wants a Harry Potter Lego Set and you know how much it usually costs, you will know when to jump on a deal that pops up because it is a ton less! Make sense? Hopefully!
