Can you please help me out if possible? I purchased the Wii and when I went to use the promotional code thinking it was $20, Amazon informs me that the promotional code is only for a 20% discount toward the purchase of future games. I feel very misled by Amazon because when I made my purchase, it did say $20 credit toward future purchase. Do you by chance have a screen shot still or additional supporting “evidence”? I know you’re super busy but any help would be appreciated. Did this happen to anyone else?

I don’t have a screen shot of that. But, I would email customer service. Hopefully they can fix it for you. If they can’t tell them you will be returning your Wii for a full refund.

Thanks Melea! I contacted Amazon’s customer service and at first they were still only offering a 20% discount towards games. Here is where you saved the day (yet again)…I copied and pasted the description you posted regarding the “fine print” and sent it to them. They asked me no more questions but told me when I was ready to check out, they would adjust my order total by $20 and they did! Thank you for posting this detail or else I may not have gotten so lucky! Yay for Melea! 🙂
