Just watch the short video through one of the links at the bottom of the site. Pick the correct answers. If you get 5 correct, you will get 2 Free Products. But, if you get 8 correct answers, you could get an entire year FREE of Suave Products!
At the top of the page you will see the “Your Progress” link. Once you get the prize you want, you can click on that and click the “Claim your Coupon” link.

i had trouble with it not resetting as well.
Left click on the screen, choose settings, and put 0 for memory for the website.
that cleared it up for me! 🙂

I would try contacting them. I got mine a while back, July I think. I also had a free coupon through their facebook promotion. I have to say I love their new hairspray.

Thanks Keri! Although it was difficult to locate contact information, I contacted them and they told me the offer was only good “while supplies last” and that’s why I never received my coupons. Too bad that’s not true if the offer is still going strong! I feel misled. Anyone else have a problem?
