I have owned two different models of Shark Steam Mops and have been very underwhelmed with them. They streak and don’t clean as well as they proclaim too. So buyer be ware.

I have also owned 2 different models. My first one lasted 2 years. My second lasted 6 months. Plus they don’t actually get hot enough to sterilize like they claim to. I would not recommend even at this price.

I have never used this model, but I have the professional model and LOVE it! I can clean my floors while my kids are around because it dries so quickly!
