When I click on the “apply promo code” button it says the promo code has already been used and will not take the shipping cost off my order…this is before I enter my credit card info. Are you having this issue too or am I doing it wrong? Does it not apply the discount until the very end? I was afraid to go too far because it appeared the shipping discount should be applied when I enter the promo code.
