The link that is posted goes to a screen that already has an e-mail address entered (harlygrl79@). It won’t let you change the e-mail address, and after entering the information it says that e-mail address has already requested a sample.

Same thing just happened to me and when I try to refresh the screen or put the address in myself it brings the same email up and locks it there.

It wont accept my request due to someone else’s email is listed and cant be removed

When I click on the link to fill out the form, the e-mail field is already filled in. I can’t change it. Do we know why? I don’t want my info going to some random e-mail.
