Even though it says that it is backordered I still was able to order them. I had to put the gloves in first and then add the screw driver. At first the screw drive didn’t show up but then it did. I guess the site is a little fluke. I got both for nothing.

I got it! When I clicked submit it said they were doing scheduled maintenance and so I thought it didn’t go through, but I did get a confirmation e-mail, yay!! This will be a great present for my hubby for one of his christmas presents Can’t beat FREE!!!

Thank you! I got my order in (even though they were both on back order) and hit the finalize order button. It took me to the home page with a message that there site was down for scheduled maintenance. I did get an email confirmation that the order went through though!

I just did this and it worked. The first few times I tried to add the screwdrivers, it did come up “cart empty” but after a few attempts, it worked…and the shipping was free! Thanks for sharing this great deal!

Be sure to check the invoice after you have submitted it. My e-mail confirmation showed the full amount applied to my credit card and the discounts were then listed as $0.00.

Same thing happened to me! My subtotal and grand total said $0, but after I submitted my order, the invoice said my grand total was $10.13…..GGGgrrrrrrr!!! (The discounts showed 0 as if I paid full price for the 2 items.???) Maybe I’ll need to call the customer service # and see what was really charged???

I did signed up for it and it ended up charging me for both products. When I called Harbor freight they told me these codes were invalid and weren’t codes from Harbor Freight.

You will need to wait aprox 2 hours before calling to cancel your order if you were charged the full price. (Customer service says it takes 2 hrs before the order number will show up in their system.)

I tried this order and it said everything was free and accepted both codes, however when i clicked the ‘order button’, it charged me for both items. I then called customer service to cancel my order, and they gave me the run around for 25 minutes on the phone!

I did not have a good experience with this one. I feel like Harbor Freight is trying to pull one over on some people. I ordered them and did the coupon codes fine, it said $0 the whole time. Until I got the confirmation email and it charged me full price for the screwdrivers. I was not very happy and I emailed customer service and they told me that this was not a valid advertisement. And I told them then they need to stop the coupon codes because they are acting like you are paying nothing and then still taking the money out of your account. So just and FYI everyone…make sure you check you confirmation and you credit card.

I didn’t ever receive them. I finally emailed customer service and they said the order was cancelled because the coupon was invalid. The funny thing is, when I check the order status online at Harbor Freight, it still says the order is processing.
