I am having the same issue…I purchased the Plum Disctrict Promo and got a voucher code but it does not work. I am getting the invalid code error as well. This is my first purchase with Plum Disctrict so its a little upsetting!!!

When you checkout on jcp.com, you choose checkout plus promo code. In the promotional box, enter plumjcp. Then a new box will pop up asking for a validation code. This is where you will enter only the last 9 digits of your voucher code! We are so sorry for the inconvenience, and for the confusion.
