  3. Also, I have to say again….I love this site. I would have never found the chocolate bar deal on my own. My goal is to get enough in deals for large candy bars to save in the freezer for halloween. So far I think I have met that goal in just one month.

    • What a great idea! What other candy bar deals have you found??? We have tons of kids in our neighborhood so I don’t know if I could pull this off – but it’s worth a try :0)

  4. I stocked up on the hershey’s bars when they had the big smores sales and coupon for the 6 packs. Some stores are still having it. I just recently got coupons for 75 cents off 2 bags of mm’s and they went on sale at my local supermartket so I got 4 bags for free, plus I had some coupons for 3 musketeers and they were recently on sale at walgreens. I just get a couple at a time depending on what coupons I have, doesn’t matter the brand. I have accumulated about 50 bars. I think if I get about 10-15 more I will have trick or treating covered. We spend way to much on fun size bars come halloween and between what the kids get trick or treating and what we have left over from what I buy, we don’t need that much candy sitting around the house. Unfortunately we eat it!!

  6. also i don’t know if this was a good buy or not but i bought Sun laundry detergent 75 loads for 2.99 at our walgreens. I forgot if that was in the add or not, but we go through laundry detergent like mad so i thought i’d try it out!

  7. I went last night and got 2 of the carefree. They don’t work with both coupons. My cashier had to ring them up at the regular price of $1.49, then scan the $3 off 2 coupon. Even then, she had to have a manager over ride the coupon to $2.98 so that it wouldn’t beep. I still got both of them free!! I love my Walgreens employees!!!

  8. I got the $3 off the first time I went but the second time I went they would not let me use it. Which I did read the details on the 2nd visit with the cashier and it really should not work, it is for the ULTRA carefree not regular. Which is more expensive and not on sale. So it depends on the cashier really. Since I had other carefree coupons I used them instead.

  9. I pointed this out on the other website too,but it’s not the Huggies wipes that are on sale(64-72ct) It is Pampers wipes.

  10. My Walgreens did not print the Pampers RR for me this morning. I had to wait over 10 minutes for a manager to manually print one. Also, the carefree coupon in the booklet does not work at my Walgreens for the liners that have the in ad coupon. The manager told me I have to get ultra – So I did not get those.

    • Wow, some shopping trips are better than others, right? Sorry about the trouble. The manager does have the final say on which coupons may be used, etc. Do you have another Walgreens store nearby that you could try?

  11. I went to the saratoga springs walgreens and did the pampers deal spend 25 get 5rr back…well the manager informed me that the infant booklet coupon for 2.00 off pampers, can not be used over and over!! I had to give them my coupon. Luckily the manager let me do two trasactions on the pampers and then give the coupon. Kinda SAD:(

    • Yep, same situation at the Pleasant Grove Walgreens…actually, I saw a sign near the cash register that this is a corporate policy that you must turn over possession of your Infant Care coupons when you redeem them. Bummer.

  12. Had a very bad experience at a Salt Lake Store. I was told that I could not use all my RR’s at the same time. The cashier told me that their policy was only one RR per transaction. I expressed to him that I had understood that as long as you had enough items that you could use more then one. He just kept telling me that he was right. I asked for a manager and he let me use them all. I only had three, but that the cashier was right. I did have my policey with me but they would not read it !!!! Bad Couponing Day.

  13. Is the infant coupon booklet different than the one at the entrance? For the life of my I cant find the $2 off wipes or $2 off diapers coupon in the one I got in the front of the store.
