Requesting Mailed Coupons Instead of Printing!

DISCLOSURE: This post may contain affiliate links, meaning when you click the links and make a purchase, we receive a commission.

When we print coupons from a direct coupon link (unlike Coupons.com or Redplum), you actually have the option to request a mailed coupon to be sent to your home.  For those of you who don’t need the coupon right away, or don’t have access to a printer, this is the ideal way to not miss out on those awesome coupons we see all of the time.

For example, this coupon is affectionately known as a “bricks” coupon because the word bricks is at the beginning of the URL and goes directly to the coupon that is being printed. Whenever you see a coupon similar to this one, instead of clicking on the “Print Coupons” button, click on the Blue “Help” button on the right hand lower side.  It will then give you the option to enter in your address to have the coupon mailed to you!

The only down side to this option is that you can only request 1 copy of the coupon to be mailed to you.  Where as if you had a printer, you are allowed to print the coupons two times.

So the next time you are in a printer bind, don’t be sad- just request a mailed coupon instead!

(Thanks Freebies4Mom for the reminder!)

  1. When I click on the help button, it takes me to a troubleshooting guide. It gives me quite a few options to help me print but I can’t see anything about it sending the coupons to me. Am I missing something?

  2. Speaking of “printer binds” I have kind of an ethical question for you or anyone out there. A lot of times, my printer messes up when printing a coupon, sometime it prints one just fine and the second one it messes up on. So I’m wondering this. . . I know we shouldn’t copy coupons and I don’t, but in that instance where you printed two of them and the first one printed fine, but the second one didn’t, is it ok to make one copy of the first coupon you printed? Just wondering what people think of that?

    • Hey Nicole, Each coupon that prints out has a special code on it. And some even have a watermark. If you copy them, the stores won’t get reimbursed for it. And, if you use the copied coupons on a regular basis, they can actually track the coupons printed to your IP address. So, I wouldn’t recommend it! 🙂

  5. I installed the printer thingy for this forever ago.. and it has yet to work. It says they have been printed..but they haven’t and it won’t let me select the printer. I finally uninstalled the program and now I can’t figure out how to get them mailed to me.
