   After I fill out the form and click to confirm, it says “This sample is in preview mode” and won’t let me go any further. Hmmmm, never had that happen! I guess I will try again later. Thanks for the link 🙂

     Yesum & it’s very frustrating. I read elsewhere about having to add to confirm it but now, I can’t even get back on the site.

   Mine said the sample is in preview mode when I hit the submit button. Does that mean they are out?

   I could not order it for some reason. After answering the questions and putting my personal information in, a window popped up and the said the sample was in preview and I could not continue. LOL, I have no idea what that means!

   I just now got it to work although it meant reloading the page a couple of times when it got stuck during the survey questions.
