   Has anyone tried to get this yet? I tried to get it for my 11 year old son (early Christmas shopping), and every time I tried to process the order, I received a message that something else had failed (phone number, credit card, etc.). Did anyone else get it to work?

   I also got the error message, then I checked my bank account and they charged me twice but it isn’t showing up in my orders. I emailed the company and now I’m waiting to hear back. This is really frustrating, I thought it was a really good deal at first, not so much if I have to deal with all of this now.
